Harris' client was charged in federal court for a massive drug distribution conspiracy and was facing a mandatory sentence of ten years hard time.  The client is a middle age man who needed one last chance at rehabilitation.  Harris provided that chance by convincing the court to allow his client to join the District Court's Alternative Sentencing Program for needed substance abuse rehabilitation. 

After the client successfully completed the program, Harris obtained credit from the court for everything his client had achieved, including time already served.

Even more miraculously, Harris convinced the court to dismiss the charged indictment, that included money laundering, to probation with no custodial time.  The client is now a model participant that the court can point to as a success in their efforts for drug rehabilitation.  Harris made it all happen!
