The Venue:  San Francisco Superior Court

The Case:  After being represented by another lawyer, a defendant pled guilty in San Francisco Superior Court to distributing drugs in the early 2000's and was going to be deported in 2016. Harris was able to convince the District Attorney's Office and the Trial Court to set aside the earlier guilty plea and dismiss the charge.  His client was then able to seek citizenship with a clean slate and to prevent being deported.
