Terrorist Death Threats
Harris's client was a corporate executive who was charged with making death threats against his brother and the client's alleged mistress. Further, the client was charged with violating stay away orders against these individuals.
The Venue:
San Francisco, California.
The Result:
Harris convinced the District Attorney to dismiss the charged terrorist death threat counts (both are serious strike felonies) and the client entered a no contest plea to the stay away order violation, which was a misdemeanor. He received probation with no jail time as part of this negotiated disposition.
