Mr. Taback represented a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club who was charged with being an ex-felon in possession of two firearms. The District Attorney filed a prior strike conviction, which would make the client ineligible for probation.

Mr. Taback convinced the jury at trial to find his client not guilty of possessing one of the charged firearms. At sentencing, Mr. Taback convinced the court to dismiss the charged strike and to sentence his client to probation with no jail time.
