The Case: Harris defended a juvenile who had been charged with the felony crime of possessing a gun on a high school campus.

The Venue: Marin County

The Outcome: Harris intervened and coached the family about this seriousness of this situation.  He worked with the Probation Department and The District Attorney to reconsider the charges and was able to obtain a complete dismissal.  However, Harris insisted that mental health counselling be made available.
