A Hells Angels Motor Cycle club member was charged with committing various acts of violence that included murder and assault in order to advance or facilitate the interests of the Hells Angels.

The Result:

After nearly three years of Harris fighting the government,  their case fell apart and they agreed to dismiss the entire case against Harris's client.
