Security Clearance and Career on the line

The Venue: Alameda County

The Outcome: Harris chose an extremely aggressive approach with the Office of the District Attorney and supervised a detailed investigation of the alleged victims. As a result of a carefully constructed defense all charges were dismissed and a finding of factual innocence was obtained from the Court.
