The case:  Harris represented a client charged with felony manufacturing eleven pounds of hash oil for distribution and the theft of $90,000 from PG&E.

The court: Contra Costa County, California Superior Court

The outcome:  After a lengthy effort to settle the case and over an objection from The District Attorney's Office, Harris convinced the court to impose a term of probation to settle the case prior to trial.
